Abstract:
Julie George’s scientific focus is on small cell lung cancer (SCLC), and other neuroendocrine lung tumors. In her work, she has employed various sequencing techniques in order to study the genomics of these tumors; including whole genome, exome and transcriptome sequencing.  In her talk she will provide an overview on the genomic landscape of SCLC and other related neuroendocrine lung tumors.

This lecture is the first within the newly established FCI Lecture Series. After the talk, between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm, you will have the opportunity to meet Dr. George to discuss your own research. Please let us know by Friday, February 15th, 2019, if you are interested in speaking with her: rosiejak@em.uni-frankfurt.de
