The identification of differentiation hierarchies with cancer stem cells at the apex is a key objective in leukemia research. In this context, Dr. Adrien Jolly investigates the dynamics of normal and leukemic hematopoietic progenitors at single-cell level. Using Multi-Omics data, Jolly interrogates the clonal relationships between cell populations, and develops mathematical models of cell development to explain and quantify the flow of cells between these subpopulations with the aim of reconstructing lineage hierarchies.
