Bullous pemphigoid as an autoimmune cutaneous adverse event of immune checkpoint inhibition
Dr. Can Raul Alpagut investigates the autoimmune bullous skin side effects of immune checkpoint inhibition, in particular the bullous pemphigoid. The aim is to prospectively record the incidence and evaluate serological autoantibody screenings (BP180/BP230 ELISA) and symptom monitoring as possible methods for early diagnosis and personalized therapy monitoring.
