Seehawer Lab
Histone modifiers are key components of epigenetic regulation and thus play major roles in cancer. The Seehawer lab aims to better understand these role of histone modifiers in the development, progression and therapy of cancer. They use tumorigenesis models, state-of-the-art epigenetic and transcriptomic sequencings and CRISPR screens to unravel new mechanisms and identify histone modifiers-based treatment strategies.
