Dr. Sebastian Wolfs research focuses on applying data science and bioinformatical methods to analyze innovative cohort-profiling studies in hematological neoplasms. The focus lies on proteomic characterization and its integration with genomic features, such as mutations and gene expression profiles, together with clinical data. The overarching goal is to uncover underlying biological drivers and translate these insights into improved strategies for diagnosis, prognostication, and therapy.
